Fees vary depending on the nature of services rendered. Therapy fees are set in accordance with provincial guidelines set out for the profession which are currently based upon $245 per therapeutic hour. Assessments are billed at pre-determined amounts, quoted in advance and are based upon a rate of $250 per hour.
Payment Methods
Payments by cash, e-transfer or credit card are accepted. Payment is due at the time of each session. Deposits for assessment are $500 and are due at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due on the day of testing.
Insurance
Please note that psychological services are not covered by provincial health plans. Please check with your extended health carrier about the nature and extent of any coverage you may have. Direct billing for assessments are only offered through medavie for veterans.
With advance notice, direct billing for treatment with Blue Cross, Green Shield, Medavie, CAF, VAC and RCMP is available in both BC and Alberta. Please note that direct billing to ICBC and WorkSafe/WCB is not offered at this time.
